THE HOTEL** AMPOLLA SOL

Hotel Ampolla Sol was founded 50 years ago and is situated in L’Ampolla, known as the gateway to the Delta del Ebro. The hotel was originally made up of two floors, the ground floor being the local bar and upstairs the restaurant, where weddings, first communions, christenings and other celebrations were held.

Later 3 more floors with 22 bedrooms were added to the building, so becoming the first hotel in the village of L’Ampolla.

In 1999 the first refurbishment was carried out and in 2009 the hotel, now managed by the third generation, was completely rebuilt with the aim of reflecting the management family’s open and endearing character by offering a cosy and family atmosphere.

The hotel restaurant offers local produce and quality food highlighting rice dishes together with fish and seafood purchased at the local fish market.
